Bitty Baby

DiDi gave HC her first real baby doll for her 1st bday. As you can see from the pictures, she loves her. Every night we tuck baby into her cradle. It's adorable!!! I LOVE THIS PICTURE!!! She's is giving her baby a Harper hug!

Dairy Queen Night

Our last night we went to Dairy Queen -- these pictures are in reverse order. The bath came after the huge mess that Harper made eating her vanilla cone. Did I mention that she likes ice cream just as much as I do? That's my girl! Ollie wanted to join her in the tub.

It looks like she's sleeping on her tray, however she's actually just licking up the ice cream that spilled on her tray. Doesn't want it to go to waste =)

Splish Splash

HC loves the water ~ just like her mommy did when she was a little girl. In fact, she stayed in the pool so long her lips turned blue. It was too cold for me to go in, but she had no problem floating around.

Harper also enjoyed hangin at DiDi's house in the baby pool, until I spotted a black snake, then it was time to go inside.

Beach bunny

HC had the best time ever on the beach! She only last about 2 hours, but the time she is there she is like a little sea turtle trying to retreat toward the ocean. She loves the sand and the water ~ so excited to bring her back this summer!

Mexican Fiesta

Our 2nd night we went out for Mexican food. We got to sit outside & drink margaritas. Harper ate the lime, this little face is the aftermath of that.

Fun on the Golf Course

My uncle lives on a golf course so literally this is his backyard. We all walked to the hole & let Harper & Dory (the dog) run around and play. This is a pic of Harper imitating what a dog "says." She doesn't make a barking sound, but rather the heavy panting noises that she picked up from being around Ollie, Chester & Dory. Harper walking around with Uncle Scott.

Easter Baby!

Harper was one lucky baby! She got 2 Easters, one at home & one in Florida. This is my favorite picture of her. She was sitting out front of my mom's house I thought the pink bush would be very "Springy". I just love her little pigtails too! HC's new pink cat bathwrap from DiDi. It has her name on the back of it ~ sooo adorable!

Look at her Easter basket that the Easter bunny in Florida made special for her. It is a definite keepsake to be used every year! I love anything with her name on it!

Here is HC at home before our flight to FL. The Easter Bunny had to make a special stop just at her house before we left.

Kindermusik

Every week Harper attends a music/dance class called Kindermusik. I left work early one day and got to join her. She is a good listener & very social. HC loves to sit with the "big kids" and show off her new tricks.

Spring Happenings

Finally!! I have some time to sit and update some pictures from the past couple months of my soon-to-be TODDLER!! I can't believe it's almost been a year. A couple weeks ago we went to a big playground and had a picnic lunch. Harper had a great time climbing on all of the equipment and eating cheese and crackers in the grass.

After getting some work done on our bathroom, Harp enjoyed a bath in the kitchen sink =)

Now when Mommy & Daddy are sitting on the deck ~ HC has her own chair to hang out like a big-girl in. She likes her new pink chair!
